Exploring Cricut Daily Challenge - Butterflies in Flight

Good Morning! So happy to share with you for Exploring Cricut today. This is a card that I made for my sister's birthday. She likes purple and fleur-de-lis. I found an old paperstack that had perfect papers for my project. When working with papers that are not a heavy weight, it is always good to change the blade setting so you aren't tearing your paper.

Here is a handy sheet that I have attached to my Cricut lid that has saved paper for me over the years. This one was created by Joy at Obsessed with Scrapbooking. It is really helpful when cutting different materials.

Recipe:

A2 card base
Papers - Bazzill, DaisyD
Frame - Elegant Edges 4.58"
Rosette- Ribbons & Rosettes 3 @ 1.24", scored at 1/4" the entire length
Butterflies - Elegant Edges 0.88", 1.00", 1.12"
Ribbon - DaisyD
Gems - Recollections
Pop dots

Thanks for stopping by!

Annette

So pretty! I love the papers you used! Great tip on changing the settings with lighter papers! I also need IN BIG LETTERS a reminder to then change the setting back to the regular ones when I'm done with the lighter paper, because I can't seem to remember that step, lol!
