Exploring Cricut- Disney Challenge

Hello! We have another challenge at Exploring Cricut this week. The challenge is to create a card, layout or craft using any of the Disney Cricut cartridges. I chose to make a card using Goofy.

There are 3 different images of Goofy and I think they are all equally cute. I will say that using my Gypsy is great, however, I still look at my books so that I can get the placement correct. On certain cartridges it is more difficult for me to see how the layers are supposed to go. For him I did cut the shadow and then layered up.

I also think with the small pieces it is nice to use the small Xyron so that you don't have glue all over you:) When creating his teeth I decided not to use the cut outs as they were really small. I instead used Liquid Pearls. I also used this on his gloves. For the white of the eyes I added Glossy Accents.

The swirl is also on this same page as a border. To finish it off, I added a green ribbon.

Recipe:
A2 card base
Papers - Scraps
Goofy - Mickey and Friends 3.83"
Swirl - Mickey and Friends 4"
Glossy Accents, Liquid Pearls White Opal, ribbon

Check out what my DT Sisters created for more inspiration. You have until Saturday to enter your creation. Hope you decide to play along too!!

Thanks for stopping by:)

Great idea to use the liquid pearl for the teeth! I often do the eyes with white gel pen too-just can't work with really tiny pieces! He looks so fun and goofy and I love that paper-I only have a few scraps left of that Ad Lib paper because I used every bit. My kiddos start school today, so I'm hoping to sneak downstairs for some crafting :)

Goofy is one of my all time favorite Disney pals ;) your card is so cheery, love it! ..Thnks for the Xyron Tip, I love to use the scotch quick dry glue, but for small pieces is a nightmare, LOL.
Have. Awonderful day!
